- Work with overseas offices/agents on sending and receiving documents
- Check all relevant documents, debit note, credit notes, house bill of lading, master bill of lading, cargo manifest,… for accuracy
- Prepare documents (D/O, arrival notice…), upload cargo manifest to customs system, release related documents and ensure smooth cargo delivery
- Update shipment status into the system
- Create and update costing and billing into the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and feedback to customers in professional manner
- Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager

- From 1 year’ experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import – Export in similar position.
- Working experience using Mirosoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Attention to detail with a teamwork spirit
- Able to work under pressure; good time management skills
