- Accounting Operations:
- Accurately record daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Verify the validity of accounting documents.
- Prepare periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) as required.
- Manage and monitor school income and expenditures, including tuition fees, salaries, and operating expenses.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable Management:
- Monitor and manage school accounts receivable and payable with students, suppliers, and partners.
- Reconcile accounts regularly.
- Develop debt collection plans and address related issues.
- Asset Management:
- Track and manage the school's fixed assets.
- Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets.
- Conduct periodic asset inventories.
- Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file tax returns as required (VAT, PIT, CIT...).
- Monitor and stay updated on new tax policies.
- Liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze financial reports, provide financial information to the School Board of Management.
