- Looking for & foster relationships with target customers, understanding their needs and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and assess interest level, potential, product specification to assist with sales strategy.
- Visit customers and/or Sales Representatives.
- Improve customer satisfation, pro-actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback.
- Drive pro-active sales through developing competence development and using the available sales tool to the fullest potential.
- Full adoption to CRM, lead management and consitent creation of quotation to increase efficiency and optimize customer valuation.
- Communication closely and transparently with coleagues in the region and beyond to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop diverse sales channels to meet annual target.
