- Operate Siemens SCADA and Simcenter systems as required for testing purposes or related system.
- Conduct durability, corrosion, and vibration tests according to technical procedures.
- Ensure that all equipment and testing processes comply with technical and safety standards.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Monitor and record real-time data from equipment during testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports.
- Process and evaluate data from sensors, measurement, and monitoring systems.
3. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Siemens testing equipment (SCADA, Simcenter).
- Calibrate sensors and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct repairs or liaise with suppliers for support when necessary.
4. Coordination and Support:
- Collaborate with other departments (design, quality, production) to meet testing requirements.
- Assist in setting up appropriate test environments for different test cases.
- Provide training and support to team members in using the equipment.
