- Operational Management:
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of non-academic departments, such as: Finance, Human
- Resources, Information Technology (IT), Facilities, Security, Transportation, Food Services, Health
- Services, Marketing & Admissions, etc.
- Ensure that departments operate efficiently, coordinate seamlessly, and comply with the school's policies and regulations, as well as Vietnamese law.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures, regulations, and standards for the departments.
- Manage risks and address issues arising during operations.
- Human Resources Management:
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department in the recruitment, training, development, and evaluation of non-academic staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional development.
- Facilities Management:
- Ensure that the school's facilities and equipment are maintained, serviced, and operated safely and efficiently.
- Plan and implement facility upgrade and expansion projects (if any).
- Strategy and Development:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the school's overall development strategy.
- Propose initiatives and improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Research and stay updated on new trends in education and school management.
- Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the Finance department to develop and manage the annual operating budget.
- Control expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the financial performance of operations.
- Perform other tasks: Other duties as assigned by the CEO/Board of Directors (American Managers).
