- Manage the School Principal's schedule and work:
- Organize the School Principal's daily schedule, meetings, and business trips.
- Remind the School Principal of appointments and important events.
- Prepare necessary documents and information for meetings and events.
- Draft documents:
- Draft, edit, and finalize documents, letters, emails, and reports as requested by the School Principal.
- Maintain and manage important documents and records.
- Receive and process information:
- Receive, filter, and forward information to the School Principal.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and welcome visitors.
- Coordinate work:
- Collaborate with other departments and staff within the school to complete assigned tasks.
- Support the organization of school events and activities.
- Perform other tasks: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the School Principal & Administrations.
