1. Pre-construction stage: (30%)
- Find suitable consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and review tender invitation documents, and assist in tender evaluation.
- Check and correct on the civil design.
- Work with consultants to submit basic design appraisal, construction design appraisal, EIA, Fire-Fighting approval, construction license to the authority.
2. Construction stage (40%)
- Check supervision consultant: staff, man-months, MoM, report and tasks of supervision.
- Together with supervision consultant to check the major works of contractors, answer RFI (Request for Information).
- Take part in meeting on site with consultant and contractor.
- Witness of important test at laboratory or factory.
- Review payment documents and report progress to the Manager.
3. Post-construction stage (20%)
- Work with supervision consultant and contractors to finalize the procedures of Testing and Hand-over.
- Support the Manager to hand over project to customer or Site Management department.
4. Check and accept for Client’s construction and infrastructure connection, working with authorities when needed (10%)
