• Operate and maintain test benches, climatic chambers, dynamometers, HVAC rigs, and data acquisition systems for EMDQ and thermal testing.
• Instrument test vehicles with sensors (thermocouples, pressure transducers, current clamps, HV probes, CAN loggers, etc.).
• Prepare vehicles and execute test cases related to energy management, range testing, regenerative braking, coasting, HVAC performance, and cooling system operation.
• Ensure proper calibration, signal validation, and traceability of measurement data.
• Collaborate with attribute engineers to review test plans, optimize setups, and analyze anomalies.
• Manage preventive maintenance, equipment verification, and environmental control in line with lab protocols.
• Document test setup, procedure, and results according to internal and external standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or Thermal Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in vehicle lab testing, instrumentation, or test operations.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle thermal and energy systems.
• Proficient with lab measurement systems (Dewesoft, CANape, INCA, AVL PUMA, ETAS).
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN communication, sensor calibration, and data logging.
• Basic knowledge of data post-processing (Excel, MATLAB, Python)
• Proficiency in Englisg skills, especially in communication.

Preferred skills:

• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and lab quality systems (e.g., calibration traceability, test procedure standardization, measurement uncertainty).
• Experience in testing electric/hybrid vehicles and thermal systems (e.g., battery cooling, cabin HVAC).
• Exposure to safety standards in HV systems is a plus.
